Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of PRIMAL CORTEX SOCIAL (the "App"), operated by Primal Cortex Records ("we", "us"). By using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. Purpose

The App is a publishing tool for independent artists and creators to plan, review and publish their own content to their own accounts on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Threads and YouTube via official APIs (including TikTok Login Kit and Content Posting API).

2. Accounts and authorization

Each user connects their own accounts by logging in with each platform's official login. You may only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You can revoke the App's access at any time in each platform's settings.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to your content. You are responsible for making sure you own or have licensed everything you publish, and that it complies with each platform's terms, community guidelines and applicable law. Nothing is posted without your review and explicit confirmation, and you choose settings such as privacy level and interaction options for each post.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the App to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive or spam content, to access accounts you are not authorized to use, or to interfere with any platform.

5. Third-party platforms

Use of TikTok, Meta and Google services is also subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for the availability or actions of those platforms.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms, suspend accounts that break them, or discontinue the App. Updates will be posted on this page.
